Best Eyelid Primer
I have tried many eyelid primers in the past but I found them all to be either too heavy or they didn't stay on throughout the day. glo minerals shadow primer is, by far, the best primer I have used. It goes on silky smooth but "dries" in seconds for a flawless base. The color is neutral beige (not yellow) and the primer keeps my glo shadow in place all day.
