Soft and highly pigmented
I have been enjoying this new eyeliner I had decided to try. Dark brown is a perfect color if you don't like fully black look. Glides on very easily. The only complaint is it can be very smudgy later in the day on lower eyelids. So far it is not irritating to my sensitive eyes.
