This product does what it says. However, for me with oily skin, I do not need that part of its effect. It does clarify and may leave the skin incredibly soft and clean. I have had to use it sparingly - 1-2/month - b/c 1-2 weekly was too much for my skin. I was surprised to find it quite liquid and easy to put on. I was expecting a thicker substance based on other masks that I have used. It does dry over time, although not as "hard" as other masks. It is easy to wash off/remove.
