I don't know how to rate this product. I've been using the 30% concentration for about 25 years with nightly burning. Three months ago, I broke down and started using the 20% concentration: more burning. I don't want to stop using an AHA because I can see results. I am now using the glycolic acid only on the areas the need exfoliating the most. My thought is to try a different acid,tho I know it will be less effective.

I have only been using this product for a short time and so cant fully assess its benefits. I havent noticed any results yet. I started right out with the 20% because I tolerate the full strength prescription grade Retin A. While I havent had any visible irritation, I do notice an unpleasant sting on certain parts of my face and neck.
