At a higher %, the pads were not as noticeably effective as I hoped. Gentle on the skin but not as good as a peel.

I was excited to try these pads, thinking it would be even more effective than the at home glycolic acid peels since the % is higher. However, the pads were not as noticeably effective as I anticipated. They are pretty gentle on the skin without much burning or tingling. I will continue to use them but not in place of a peel.

Not as good as I hoped
I've been using this brand of glycolic acid for a couple of years. This last jar of pads was not very strong and did not have as much liquid as I've experienced in past jars. There has not been that slight burning feeling on my skin as I've experienced in other jars. It is possible that I need a stronger percentage of acid.

These are STRONG! Wow!!!! Maybe a little too strong and I love G.A. but these are something else. I was using them 1-2x per day but now Im using them as a booster 2-3x week. They are great as a booster... not so great as a daily toner.
