Good Start but Still Too Early to Say for Sure
I currently have only been using it for 2.5 weeks. The first week I was still using the last of my previous face wash in the mornings and then this new one in the evenings. I decided to switch face washes because even though I wasn't breaking out nearly as bad as I previously had been, I still was somewhat regularly getting painful cystic pimples. I liked that the product was for sensitive skin and pH balanced as well the idea of it being a liquid formula rather than a foam or gel. I currently am rating it a 3 out of 5 stars which could possibly change as time goes on and my face adjusts to using this product. I have not broken out worse since switching to using this product morning and evening though and the two cystic pimples that I have had since starting this product are starting to subside with some very superficial pimples having come and gone in the meantime. I am hopeful that my skin continues to heal without any new cystic pimples showing up. I can deal with a superficial pimple every now and again but the deep ones that stick around for weeks is what I'm trying to get rid of. PROS: - There is a scent to it but it's very, very light that does not stick around once the product is rinsed off. - It leaves my skin feeling soft even before I apply my lotion (I have dry skin). - It doesn't get overly sudsy which I personally like. CONS: - I had followed the directions to begin with using 1-2 pumps before applying it to my face. I found that I would lose a significant amount of the formula put in my hands because it would seep through my fingers and down the back of my hands. I worked around it by carefully applying it directly to my face and then working it. I am using maybe 1 pump total at this point each morning/night. - Price point wise, this is on the higher end of products I personally have purchased. Nothing in the range of $10-$20 seemed to work wonders for me so I bumped my range up to find something between $20-$30.

I did appreciate the way this cleanser made my skin seem smoother in appearance. It also helped to control my hormonal acne. But it was just too drying for my combination skin. Made my skin feel tight. I'm sure it would work better if you had normal to oily skin.
