We use it once to twice a week depending on what we have going on in our life. Caution when using if on medications as with any peel product, I would use for less time of on something that makes you more sensitive. For example, my son is on adapalene gel 3% which is a form of retin A so he uses it once a week or every other week. Use sunscreen makeup or lotion after using this product as it makes your skin more sensitive to sunlight.
