I was wanting to incorporate a daily AHA in my routine and did a lot of research before deciding on this product. It's a no frills lotion, but does exactly what I want it to...sloughs off dead skin, refines pores, and makes my complexion brighter overall. This is a pretty powerful lotion (I had been getting peels at my dermatologist's office prior to using this lotion, so felt ok starting at this strength). If you're new to glycolic acid I would suggest starting with the lower strength and working your way up. Overall, very pleased!

I like this specific product because it works and does not have lots of added ingredients which is great because I can layer what is appropriate for my skin. I have VERY INTOLERANT skin. If I use the PCA hydrating serum first and mix this with the PCA ReBalance, I get the effects without the harsh irritation.
