Better Digestion & Happier Tummy
I have been taking the Flatter Me pills for a few weeks. I have noticed that my bathroom trips are more regular and I am less bloated after eating and throughout the day. I take one with Breakfast and one with dinner! I thought I was lactose intolerant… but since taking these pills, I have been able to eat dairy without lactaid pills and zero discomfort! Before trying this I took another digestive enzyme supplement daily. I do believe this one helps more with my IBS symptoms such as bloating and stomach pain. I will be sticking with HUM Flatter Me instead of going back to my previous digestive suppressant as I feel it’s more effective.
