It’s truly a brand that delivers on doing what the label says it will do. I’ve used Hum Nutrition for years and it has been a savior for my stomach issues. I particularly love the “Flatter Me” and this one . I no longer have a bloated stomach, food digests much easier, and I feel over all just better after eating. I even went down one pants size bc of the de-bloating ! I wish LS carried more of their products. These gummies taste good, like little treats.
