I have dealt with acne prone skin off and on my adolescent years. And from I would say from my late 20’s to my early 40’s it was a pimple here and there but nothing to cry about. I was good then my mid 40’s came and for several months it just seemed to be getting bad I take it it’s hormonal, stress and possibly now that I’m going to be 48 next month quite possibly could be pre-menopause that is causing more break outs and some pimples that are ouch painful. Then a year ago Valentine’s Day to be exact I didn’t know what the heck was wrong with my face it was bad red , dry, blistery and pimples so saw a dermatologist and just my luck I was diagnosed with Rosacea w/ acne combined, great combo I know. It’s actually was really hard on my self esteem that I wouldn’t go to work because it would flare up so bad, but I was seeing a good dermatologist and we managed to get it controlled so fast forward to now and I just deal with acne painful ones at times. Then I pick and leaves dark spots. I bought these Hum supplements for the skin and I take so much medicine that I really want to try something more natural for my body so looked up the reviews for these and figured let’s try. It’s been a week and I don’t know but my face seems to be looking brighter and clearer is it just me and my imagination. So I am hopeful it’s Hum and not that my skin is just having a good week fingers crossed the reason for 4 stars. I did order another bottle and other Hum supplements that I hope help me and I will review those once I try. I’m just a mess internally. Hashimoto’s disease and HypoThyroid amongst other health issues you wouldn’t know it by looking at me. So I hope Hun can help me manage some of my health concerns. But I think it’s because I’ve been so sickly most of my life is why I’m proactive about my life and what I eat, put on my face and make sure to make exercise or be active in some way on the times I do become dormant with my exercise routine.
