I’ve been using this for some time and can definitely tell a difference in the moisture level of my skin. I naturally have thin, dry skin, but with this supplement I’m not nearly as dry. This has been a great addition to my normal skincare routine and I plan to continue to purchase.

Loving this brand! Great quality! Wasn’t sure if my skin was looking better or if I was imagining it. Then I saw my Doctor and she told me out of the blue my skin was really well hydrated and I thought of this supplement... because I ALWAYS drink lots of water. Guess they are doing their thing!!?!!!!
