Its alright
It does hydrate, but not much of anything else. Basically, it does make your skin appear smooth, but it's not doing much to repair or deeply hydrate. I find a cream from a different brand is way better at hydrating than this serum.

So far, so good
The jury is still out on this one. My hair dresser/ facial provider suggested that I try this as I have tried just about everything else to get rid of wrinkles. She thinks stem cell therapy is the only thing I have not tried. I like the serum. It goes on smoothly and absorbs nicely. I have not seen any results yet, though. I am hopeful that over time, I will see some improvement. It is rather expensive.
