I’ve been taking this collagen supplement for a year now as of this October 2024 and I’ve noticed great benefits to date: Firm skin, hydrated skin, supported plumpness for my face (fuller face) especially while I was intentionally on my weight loss journey and helped me avoid the “Sunken face” look.
