Actually Super Hydrates & Plumps!
I have very dry lips due to certain medication I'm taking and have tried numerous lip balms and masks to try to find long-lasting hydration. I've also tried a number of lip serums, glosses, etc. (a few very pricey) which were supposed to plump lips. This is the FIRST product, which after using 3 out for 4 nights for 10 min. each night, which has actually resulted in increased and lasting lip hydration AND my Husband just confirmed that my lips do look plumper!! Very pleased!!
