This peel is extremely effective. I am a "go big or go home" person when it comes to skin care. It has made a huge difference on my stubborn melasma. My skin did peel on the hyperpigmented areas of my face and this product made my melasma fade. My recommendations are NOT to cut the peel pad and rub it on the whole face, putting emphasis on the the hyperpigmented areas.
