I had been doing research on and searching for a moisturizer that had "actives" in it to complement the retinal and vitamin C serums I have been using. I especially wanted to add peptides to my daily routine, and the is CLINICAL Reparative Moisture Emulsion seemed to be a great option. I have been using the product daily for nearly a month and am pleased with the results I am getting. While I don't find the product highly moisturizing, it has been working well in the summer months. It leaves a slight sheen on my skin which seems to be locking in the benefits. I have noticed improvements in skin radiance and a dark spot that has not responded to other products seems to be fading. I will definitely keep using the product and will order again if the benefits continue.

This moisturizer feels really good on dry skin, and it is very hydrating. However, I have tried a few new skin care items, and I am not sure if this is breaking me out. This superior moisturizer wouldve have received 5 stars if it weren't for the obvious scent! It's not bad but it bothers me and usually I'm not sensitive to added smells. I think its somewhat lavender/floral? Scent aside, it's very effective at hydrating dehydrated normal skin. I think oily and dry skin types could use this too since it's effective but doesn't feel heavy! It sinks into skin and leaves a nice base for makeup.
