I absolutely LOVE this moisturizer. I had been looking for a lightweight moisturizer that wouldn't break me out but kept my skin hydrated while I used all my retinoids and I finally found this! HIGHLY recommend this to anyone with acne prone skin

Great moisturizer
I actually got it as a sample first and used it under my makeup and liked it right away. It quickly absorbed into my skin, and I did not have to wait 5-10 min before putting my makeup on. It may seem that the cream has thick texture, but when you put it on, it is quickly absorbed by your skin without leaving a heavy layer on your skin. It leaves your skin very hydrated but also it feels very natural. I use it alternatively with another moisturizer, and it is also part of my prep makeup routine.

Lightweight but effective
I had an appointment with my dermatologist last month for a growth on my face. She suggested that I use a moisturizer that was high in hyaluronic acid because my skin was dry. I immediately went to LovelySkin and searched for moisturizers and came across Jan Marini Hyla3D. Having used other Jan Marini products, I decided to order this moisturizer. I love this face cream. It is lightweight but very effective and I definitely will order again.

The Description is Deceiving
This is not a "lightweight" cream at all. It's a thick application (even when used sparingly as directed) that coats the skin like a serum. I don't see people putting this on under makeup or even without makeup during the day- your face will be sticky. I do like how it works so far, though; my skin looks good in the morning.

Is there a difference?
I was using and enjoying Transformation Cream as my step 4, morning and evening. Based on the hype that the new formulation of Hyla3d cream would "help to restore skin's hydration, ability to retain moisture, and boost youthful volume", I switched and was asked to review. I’m half a jar in using morning and night and I don’t feel more hydrated and don’t see any appreciable volume change, but it may be too soon. I started adding Age intervention Peptide Extreme over the top of the Hyla3d to feel more hydrated. Not sure I’ll be able to update this once I’m through my second jar of Hyla3d., since I’m submitting it now.
