not easy to remove
I lost far too many lashes trying to use this mascara when trying to take it off. I l followed the directions still left lashes falling out more than normal and when you're older you only have so many lashes to work with. Product looks pretty good going on Fresh it was the removal process and it did tend to clump together sections when applying extra.

Flaky and Clumpy
I typically really love Jane Iredale mascara and I’ve been using it for years, but I couldn’t find the version I usually get and this one leaves large flakes all over my face when I try to wash it off- it also clumps when I apply it. I’ve just continued to use my old mascara for now

Disappointed
I am always looking for the perfect tubing mascara because I love being able to wash it off with my cleanser instead of needing another product. After many years of purchasing at LovelySkin I have rarely returned a product. This one I did. I found it did not apply smoothly, lashes stuck together and it was sticky. I needed to wash it off immediately and use another mascara. One point in its favor is that it washed off easily and cleanly.

kind of messy
I tried the tubing mascara and i found it to be a problem. The little tubes fell off during the day- either on my cheeks or more irritating: into my eyes. I wouldn't buy it again. They did increase the length of my lashes however. That was good.
