I’ve never used a setting spray before and while this is advertised to be used over a powder/mineral foundation, I find that it works well over a liquid foundation. I have used the POMMISST Hydration Spray for many years. I recently purchased a new bottle of the spray, only to discover that they have changed the scent of the spray. While it is just as effective as before as a hydration spray, one of my favorite things about it was the scent.
