New color
I miss the softness of the Jane Iredale “cream” color eye shadow that has been discontinued. This “oyster” shade is the closest color to “cream”. It’s a bit darker/bolder. The new packaging is an improvement over the old one.

I have used Jane Iredate products for years!
I wanted to order the face powder and luckily they still have my color!! Very happy about that. But I really needed more of the PurePressed Eye Shadow. They no longer carry the ‘TAUPE’ I loved! So I had to order 3 different colors to see what was closest. When I received them I was very disappointed that 2 of them were shiny & only one was matte. Shiny is for youth & I’m older now. I would like to recommend that you say whether the eye shadows are shiny or matte. I would then have been able to focus spending my money on buying more of the matte…. Now I only have one new eye shadow & am stuck with 2 I can’t use.

Change is part of life
I have been a total Jane Iredale customer for a solid thirteen years and have been through the discontinuing the my favourite mascara and blush shades and have worn Bone, Cappacino and Taupe and Dark Suede eye shadow without any events (sensitive eyes), The revised shadows were a bit of a challenge. The Bone in the previous formula was an off white which became yellow and the new formula irritated my eyes. An application left a heavy weighted down scratch feeling. I will add that although I cannot wear the new formula the colour was extremely intense. All good things will eventually come to an end and we experience with the future.

Allure / Not the same
The Allure eye shadow that comes in the newer packaging (shown in picture) is NOT the same shade as the Allure that comes in the round gold container. It has more of an orange tint. Not as "neutral" as the original.
