I have been taking this supplement for years, with occasional breaks for a few months here and there. When I don't take it, I notice a difference in my energy levels and my eyesight. Vitamin A is like a base vitamin that supports the absorption of all of the other vitamins so it is essential, but you have to take it in a natural form, like this one. I also love the antioxidant blend as I feel it gives good support in multiple ways. I don't pay enough attention to myself or my health, but I pay enough to be able to say that I prefer to take this as opposed to not taking it. Hope that makes sense!

This wasn’t a game changer for me. It is pricey and I saw and felt no difference after 9 months. The vitamins are a good vitamin, particularly if you don’t take another multi vitamin for women.
