I was worried that using a primer would make my foundation feel heavy or thick. Just the opposite! It made my foundation/tinted sunscreen spread more smoothly and evenly. And my makeup did not wear off in a few hours like it usually does.

I have been a Jane Iredale customer as of 2010. Some of my favourites come and go as they would do with improvements. The Primer was a take away note from a Jane Iredale Web Cosmetic Video. The take away was it could be used as an eye shadow primer. It slightly changes the eye shadow shade but not enough to be an issue. The product does what it claims to as a Mattifying Primer.
