Gives My Eyes a Lovely Glow
When I coat my lids with this light powdered shadow, they light up naturally with zero irritation. The color is very light on my tan skin, but it has just enough shimmer to brighten the eye for an over all natural look, no matter what color they may be. Its neutral tone blends well with any eye color.
