I wasn't sure if this would help my hair too much because my hair isn't terribly damaged. I have some grown out highlights and breakage but I don't color treat my hair regularly. This truly works! I had some damage due to some at home shampoo in hair color that I bought online….should not have used it after the first wash. It really thinned out my hair strands and made them brassy. It’s growing out now but I didn’t want to chop all my hair off. After a couple uses of k18 I could really tell a difference! The cuticle seemed to fuse together and be much smoother! I’ve only had to do minimal trims now! I have fine straight hair. It does take a bit to figure out how much to use. Less is more. I think you have to have truly chemically or heat damaged hair to see the results. It’s pricy. But it will last me a long time! After the first 6 times, I just use it in between as needed.
