It definitely left my hair very hydrated for the time being but did not feel like it did more for me than a deep conditioner. It smells amazing and hydrated my hair well. Maybe I need to use it more often? One bottle lasted me 3-4 washes! Given the price, I'm not sure it's worth it

Good product though a little costly
I tried this hair repair mask in hopes of reducing frizziness and helping bring back some of my curl pattern. I have only used it once so far but my hair was smoother and I hope to continue seeing more curl definition after using it a few more times. I like this product better than it's main competitor, the hair repair mask by Olaplex, as I found that product to leave my hair more straw-like and harder to manage, as if a film was left on it. I was pleasantly surprised by how soft my hair seemed after the K18, because I had anticipated needing to balance the protein with a deep conditioning soon afterward. I wish it wasn't quite so expensive, the cost is pretty prohibitive for long term use. I was able to buy the large version because of a reward but not sure I would have bought it otherwise.

I double shampoo, then apply this mask to the hair while still in the shower. I leave it in for around 4 minutes, while I shave. Then, I rinse the mask out & follow with my conditioner. This has been the easiest & most effective way to use this product. My hair feels softer & more manageable with continued use, but it is pricey.

Definitely noticed an improvement in smoothness, ease of combing out tangles, and even a touch of additional body/ability to style (I have fine fair). So far I'm very happy with K18. It's easy to use, and it's not a problem for me to skip the conditioner. I was a little worried about this but the product is effective enough to get out any tangles and spreads evenly through my hair. The only reasons for 4 vs. 5 stars are that I haven't used for more than a months so I don't know the long term efficacy in terms of preventing breakage/repair, and the price, so speendy! But so far it seems worth it, my hair had a smoother texture after the first use.

I have used this product 4 times so far after shampooing. My hair is mature, colored processed and dry. I do believe it has smoothing properties, probably some strengthening and does make my hair look thicker. I feel like it is pricey, however I've not been one to have treatments at the hair salon, so I can't really say for sure. I will reserve judgment on whether to purchase again after using the full bottle. It does have a pleasant scent.......just wish the bottle offered more applications.
