Recently, I had a problem with my thyroid. My hair was falling out so my doctor upped my dosage. I waited and waited for it to kick in and thicken my hair. When I called her nurse for another appt. I really like Kenra's root spray! Due to covid and not being able to go to my beauty shop for a haircut, I was forced to let my very short hair grow out. Of course I had to fight those "in between tough stages" when your are trying to grow your hair, but Kenra's root spray helped to make it manageable. I have very fine, straight gray hair and have worn it very short for years because it doesn't hold a curl well. However, the root spray helps to give my hair body and even makes my longer hair look good. I am working toward a chin length bob-style cut and really like it. I've received many compliments!

Just a Little Dab'll Do Ya!
I have fine, limp, but heavy, hair and struggle to get lift at the roots where I desperately need it. I'm very careful to spray it very lightly just on the areas where I want support. If I use too much, it feels gummy and I have to shampoo again sooner. It's worth the learning curve, though, I think, and a bottle lasts a very long time in my case!
