If this came in a fragrance-free version, I'd give it 5 stars. For anyone who doesn't mind a highly-fragranced formula, I'd highly recommend. As the added fragrance is very strong, and I have a sensitivity to most fragrances, I will stick to Keralyt's fragrance-free gels (at 3% and 5% salicylic acid), which I've purchased from LovelySkin as well. This whole line is incredibly effective for treating acne, psoriasis, KP (keratosis pilaris), ingrown hairs, etc.
