This shampoo was recommended to my by my stylist after I had my hair straightened using the Keratin process. It is a super thick shampoo and has a nice smell to it. The only downside I have found, depending on how much I use it is that it doesn't later a lot. I like a shampoo that lathers as it makes me feel like I am really cleaning my hair. But it definitely cleans my hair. The lathering issue is just a personal issue. I do recommend the shampoo as it does work.
