Best Conditioner EVER
If you have fine hair this is the conditioner for you. It seems to coat every strand of hair to make it plumper and more manageable. I have used this conditioner for 2 years now and it never disappoints. It is definitely my go to one when I want my hair to look and feel special. ( Which is basically all the time.)
