Makeup remover
Product does an adequate job of removing makeup. It is not greasy like many and does not irritate my eyes. Is not harsh either. I do not find it has removed all of my mascara and still wind up with bits of mascara under my eyes even after shower. This could be user error. I have oily eyelids and need really waterproof mascara to keep it from getting all over lids and below brow area. I might not be spending enough time or using enough product. I am not sure if I will be purchasing again but it is preferable to previous brand I was using even if it’s not 100% in makeup removal.

Satisfied with performance
Klorane water make up remover has been the best for eye make up that I have tried. It isnt oily and it is gentle on my sensitive skin. 4 stars because it does take more than one swipe for removal.

Good for regular makeup
This is very soothing on the eyes and very gentle. Next time, I will buy the waterproof one though because it doesn't get off my waterproof makeup well enough. But, I do recommend it for removing regular makeup.
