This foundation is great for sensitive skin, light, and stays on all day comfortably. I have rosacea, in my 40’s, with very dry skin during a flare up. This product does not irritate my skin, and keeps skin dewy- regardless of whether my skin is dry or not.

I absolutely LOVE this foundation! I put my skin care products on, including my sunscreen, then put this foundation on (all of my products come from LovelySkin). It literally looks like my skin, but better. It doesn't pill on top of my other products, and covers my hyperpigmentation just enough. It is a good match with my neck. It's a bit pricey, but LovelySkin has the best price. I would highly recommend this foundation. I definitely will buy again. Oh, almost forgot, it's buildable too. I love how lightweight this foundation is. During the day, if I'm not looking for a fully done look, I'll just apply a layer and it helps even out my skin tone and adds nice moisture to my skin. If I'm wearing at night, I'll add a second layer for a more polished look. I have a hard time finding foundations that don't break me out or settle into fine lines. This product doesn't do either.

What a foundation should be
I decided to try Koh Gen Do Aqua Foundation after reading great reviews on it. I ordered it in shade 113 which is a light warm shade. The shade was perfect for my skin tone. After applying it , I immediately liked the consistency but the best part was how it looked on my skin....like a second skin. This foundation melts right in, gives an airbrushed look and smooths pores for a beautiful look. Worth the price.

Perfect for over 45 skin
I stumbled upon and just took a chance on this foundation. Since then- I’ve purchased a few of products of this line. Even purchasing more while in a Japan for a visit. At my age- many foundations look too heavy and show age- the Koh Gen Do products do the opposite. Leaving my skin looking hydrated and glowing. I use 213. Sinks into my skin, never sits pores because this light, greenish tone matches my light yellow/olive Asian skin tone absolutely perfectly. In summer if I have some color, I mix in 147 or even 123 to mix my current skin shade. I can just use about a pea size to make the redness on my cheeks less apparent and it’s all I need. No stickiness, no. Red for powder, feels good, lasts all day, natural natural natural. Look for reviews - you’ll see how amazing this is. Yes it is pricey- but I only use a tiny bit so this is worth it to me. For something that makes my skin look like SKIN - I happily choose this. I have tried many popular, expensive foundations that claim to be skin-like and they did not work for me. I tap tap tap this in with my fingers and it truly DISAPPEARS. But has a nice amount of pigment to give decent coverage. It is magic.

013 is a perfect shade for my cool undertone. I am light skinned but not super fair. Works for my cool olive undertone. Does not have a pink tone IMO. Buildable coverage that does not look patchy. No creasing or settling into fine lines. Beautiful! I have tried to get by with other brands due to price but have been unsuccessful at finding one. Setting powder is optional, which is also nice.
