With age my skin has become more normal than oily , but I still have rather large pores that I like to keep clean , and I do not like any oily glow. This moisturizer does the job. Nice texture, very very light fragrance that dissipates immediately . A little goes a long way. I think the price is good for the quality.

This cream is absolutely amazing! It’s light yet nourishing, skin feels soft and moisturized during the day. Cystic acne has plagued me since I was a teen and every moisturizer I have ever tried triggered a flare. I have used other La Roche-Posay products over the years with positive results. When I saw La Roche-Posay Effaclar MAT Oil-Free Mattifying Moisturizer, I was hesitant to try it given my track record with moisturizers, but my skin was so very dry that I decided to go for it.
