just as good as the cream cleanser, but medicated. helps with breakouts. the bottle is huge considering you don't need a lot when you use it. just be careful because the product runs out of the bottle quickly, so keep it level or almost level to get it out. leaves your skin gorgeous, and with continued use, decreased breakouts. I keep it in the shower and even use it on my shoulders which can be problem areas for me.

I'm using Retin-A every night for my acne. I use this only in the morning as salicylic acid shouldn't be used at the same time as Retin-A.
