Good for acne!
I believe this has greatly decreased the number of new acne lesions I get. I love that face feels very clean and refreshed after using this. It can be a little drying however if used 2x a day. I do wish this was sulfate free and then it’d be perfect, but it works so will continue to use unless I find something better.

Should be good!
Honestly I got it for a friend who has a lot of acne & breakouts & he didn’t give me any feedback, probably because he didn’t use any other anti-acne products and of course, a cleanser is not enough to fight such a serious skin condition! But I know that it’s good because many years ago, a former dermatologist gave it to my sister to also had acne as a teenager! I just hope that it doesn’t dry the skin up, as addressing acne doesn’t mean dehydrating your face!!

Average
This product did lather very nicely however I didn't feel like it much for my skin. Just a very average product.

Perfect
I purchased this for my son who has hormonal teen acne. He seems to like it and it seems to help keep things at bay. He uses it with La Roche-Posay Effaclar duo acne treatment.

Strong cleanser
I do think this is a good cleanser but my skin is pretty sensitive so for me I realize I really have to ease into using this one. I think I’m going to just start with one time a week and then slowly move up. It is full of powerful ingredients that are good for acne so I’m hoping I will be able to tolerate this. If you are sensitive just use slowly at first to see if your skin can tolerate it.

My go to cleanser
A nice light salicylic acid based cleanser, one of the few I have seen that also have lipo-hydroxy acid too. I use 1-2 times daily. I still get breakouts every once in awhile but that has been my constant battle since I was a teenager.

Good but not great.
It's a nice cleanser that doesn't dry out my skin, but I don't know if it really makes my skin any less oily (which is one of its claims). I'll continue to use it and will certainly enjoy doing so, but I'm not sure I'll buy another when this one's out.

Careful...
I like this cleanser overall but be very careful when you even start to get near the eye area. It is incredibly drying and I've had dry spots on several occasions which makes me wonder if I should look for another cleanser.

Great Cleanser
I needed a cleanser with medication in it to help clear my blackheads around my chin and nose. The lather is really nice with tiny bubbles and I really enjoy the natural smell, like eucalyptus. Most of my blackheads extracted out within the first use without irritation. I took one star off because its really thin and the packaging makes it easy to waste product.

Great cleanser, wish it didn't have menthol
I use this every night after double cleansing and it works great, even on my body. I just hope they'd remove the menthol because it's a bit irritating sometimes.

Impressive
This cleanser is a sweet treat for acne-prone skin peeps. Salicylic acid is best used in cleanser from, so I've been told, and I would always prefer La Roche-Posay products given their reputation. From my two weeks of use, this cleanser can be a little drying, so I am using it with a different moisturizer in the mornings, and Biossance rose oil + benzoyl peroxide treatment gel at night.

"So Far So Good"
Pro's: Great cleanser for adult combination, acne prone skin. My skin did not dry out, nor was it irritated from use. A little bit of cleanser goes a long way. Con: Be careful when opening the container the product will "spill out". I have not used this product long enough to determine the long term effectiveness of it in combating acne.

La Roche-Posay Effaclar Medicated Gel Cleanser
Using La Roche-Posay Effaclar Medicated Gel Cleanser is an effective way for me to help control light breakouts on my face while removing the oil from my oily skin. As with the La Roche-Posay Effaclar Deep Cleansing Foaming Cream that I use, it only takes a little to clean your face so one tube lasts a long time. If I had a complaint about the Gel Cleanser, it would be that I wished it foamed up a little more when scrubbing. I guess I'm a little jaded by the Deep Cleaning Foaming Cream which I love.

Gentle yet cleansing
I have sensitive skin in addition to breakouts at 60. I thought those days were over. This item cleanses my skin, removes makeup and makes my skin feel good. I use it at night before my moisturizer. So far, I haven't had a bad reaction, something that worries me since my skin is sensitive and trying a new product is an experiment. I like this product and will purchase again. The price is reasonable as well. Thanks!

Little too dry for me.
I am in my late 20s. I have combination skin with some rosacea. This product dried me out a little. It didn't work for my skin.

Nice cleanser
Works well. Slightly over drying but all in all good since it is an acne product.
