I have very dry skin but other cleansers for dry skin that are stated to also be moisturizing or non-drying tend to not actually cleanse well. This one does not disappoint. It does both very well. Don't let the work "oil" fool you either. It's not oily...just has a standard liquid soap texture to it but doesn't dry you out at all

I've been a loyal fan of the LRP purifying foaming cleanser for years and decided to try this instead because I feel like the former can sometimes make me a bit dry, especially in the winter. Why SLS in ingredients??

Not sure if I am just very accustomed to the La Roche Posay Cream wash, but I do seem to like it a little better than this version. This one has more suds, but does have a hydrating feel. I will probably go back to my regular version when I finish this one.

This actually works quite well. It’s “soapy” while feeling like an oil cleanser. It isn’t as thick as other oil cleansers and doesn’t leave the face feeling as moisturized. However, the skin is soft after using the product and it doesn’t leave my skin feeling dry.
