Left My Skin Feeling Dry and Itchy

I was very surprised because I love other La Roche-Posay skin care products but unfortunately the Lipikar AP+ Body & Face Wash left my skin (face and body) feeling dry and itchy. Not sure why because I don't consider myself as having sensitive skin. Just normal dry skin from age and winter weather exposure if that makes sense. I'm going to return it even though after paying for return shipping I'll only get half the price I paid because I can't even use it as a hand wash without the same dry itchy feeling.
