Definitely has "that" birthday cake EDIBLE scent
This definitely has that somewhat chemical "birthday cake" scent. It is pretty strong upon initial application, but quickly drops down to a nice more subtle creamy scent. It is not oily/greasy and absorbs well. Applies smoothly and is thick, not runny. My only complaint is that it has sparkles in it. And the sparkles actually come off and onto clothing.

Slightly greasy, bad smell
Overall, this lotion did moisturize my skin fairly well. The only problem with this lotion is that it is slightly greasy. Not something you can apply before putting on clothing. Great to use before bed though. Also, the sugar tiara flower had an old lady smell to it. Not a scent I would buy again. Going to try other scents in future.

Terrible smell
I purchased this because other reviewers extolled its fragrance. To me, this is some of the worst smelling product I've ever experienced. The smell, which seemed quite artificial to me, escaped the jar instantly, even though I closed it up almost immediately. The odor from little dab I tried on my hand wouldn't come off with soap and water, an indicator that it came from some kind of undesirable chemical, even though I couldn't identify it from the listed ingredients. This unpleasant smell then permeated my environment for hours, just from this brief encounter with the product. Needless to say, I returned it.
