I have been using this scrub on my feet and hands once a week for a while now and I really like it. I don't need a lot of product and it leaves my feet and hands soft and moisturized. It's not a scrub you would want to use everyday, it's too course for that. Using this scrub once or twice a week is all you would need to keep your skin soft.
