This is the best mousse I could find. I actually used it long time ago and then explored other mousses and decided to go back to this one. It is truly a challenge to find a good mousse without all that perfume and alcohol in them. Even the organic ones are full of essential oils that irritate my scalp. This one does not irritate my scalp and give me enough of volume without the weight. I have fine 2a hair.

My hair feels dry after using
My hair lost all its wave after using the first time. But I think there are other products to use in concert with the mouse that will help with dryness. Still looking. I just love the Leonor Greyl line of products

Meh
Smells good, but I don't have added volume. Using the recommended amount, this mousse leaves my hair feeling like there is "something" in it weighing it down. I realize it's a cult product, so maybe it's just not for me.

Expensive for crunchy hair
Not for me! This left my hair crunchy, and when used at the root area (trying for some volume), actually made it flatter. The packaging is also not user friendly. The can’s diameter is too wide to hold and dispense easily with one hand. I have long, wavy, fine hair, with damaged ends.
