I’ve tried several other brands and prefer them better. It’s not as strong as what I’m used to buying and the spray bottle doesn’t spray out much product so I have to do 4-5 sprays on each side to cover back then have to rub it in, previous brands I just spray and let it dry.

Everyone’s skin is different. Some products work better on some than others. With that said, I had suffered from severe bacne since I was in my late teens all the way into my late 20s to early 30s. It took about 2- 3 years of monthly extractions, almost a year of monthly micro dermabrasion treatments, and daily use of Murad Clarifying Body Spray to completely clear my bacne. I only use the latter now and have been doing so for at least a decade everyday. It has kept my back and chest clear. I only occasionally get a pimple (a couple times a year). This product works great for me. I will never stop using it. Another tip: use a gentle body wash that won’t clog your back pores and don’t let hair conditioner run down your back while rinsing your hair.

The product sprays a bit more than I would like. Not quite like a fine mist which I think would be better. So I spray the product directly to a cotton pad and wipe it over my chest where I tend to break out. This helps keep the area clean, and I do notice a difference.
