Great product, bad delivery system

Natura Bisse makes beautiful skin care products. Prices are high so my expectations are high. The product itself is excellent - very hydrating. Unforunately, the delivery system, the glass ampules, are horrible Two ampoules broke into small pieces when opening - what a waste. Even when the ampoules don't break, there is no way to get all the product out. The rubber does not get all product out no matter how hard you try.
