This product was another dermatologist recommended product that I keep coming back to year after year. I have an autoimmune situation that causes me to have very creepy skin that does not reflect my age. Regardless, this moisturizer is both hydrating and barrier protective which is a great combo of you after headed into winter or live in a drier climate. As far as any tightening effects are concerned, I cannot really say if I do or do not see that benefit just due to my skin being kind of tricky. If you need moisture and a little protection form dry climates and/or cold weather this is a great investment product. I use it on the backs of my hands as well. It’s priced fairly for what it claims to deliver based on comparable products. I’ve tried a lot of them and this one is a stand out. If you have oily skin, I would steal clear. If you have normal to dry it’s a very big bang for your buck.

Excellent Moisturizer
This is an excellent anti-aging moisturizer for sensitive skin. I have used it for years and will continue to purchase. The Riche version is good if you have drier skin or are in colder climates. I use it in the summer and winter, though, and have never found it to be rich a moisturizer.

This really works well on my dry aging skin. It has a thicker more emollient texture to it for dry skin - highly recommend if you have dry aging skin. I think this my third bottle and a bit pricy, but worth it. I may try something different for summer just to mix it up a bit.

I have finally found my perfect moisturizer! This cream moisturizes my skin like nothing has before. I feel soft and supple without feeling greasy or “slimy.” I usually only use this product at night, but once I apply it, my face looks and feels wonderful. While this is definitely pricey, you’re getting an amazing product and only need a tiny bit to cover your entire face. I have finally jumped on the skin cycling trend and this product is applied nightly, soothing my skin on the exfoliation days and providing much needed moisture on the recovery days. I will never purchase another night cream.

Would give 5 stars but for the packaging
I love this face cream - I use it in the winter day and night and in the summer at night. It is a beautiful consistency and feels great when putting on. I have very sensitive skin and this is one of the few face creams I can use without if giving me a rash or breaking out. I also love the Neocutis Gel for summer time. I would give it 5 stars except for the packaging. In the last several months all of my Neocutis products the silver wrap on the packaging flakes in small bits and it gets on my skin and is hard to remove. LovelySkin - please send a message to Neocutis to please stop using the silver wrap packaging. They must have a new vendor for the packaging because this never happened several years ago when I began using their products.

I use 4 different Neocutis products. The Bio cream firm rich is the latest addition. I don’t use it every day because I noticed whiteheads after my first week. I use it about 3-4 nights a week and I think that’s working without plugging my pores. Still undecided. I also use the Bio cream firm, bio serum and journey firm. Skin looks more like a young 60, not a 70+. Very spendy. I use all sparingly. Don’t know if I can afford to continue with them but I hope so. Wish the price was lower.

I bought this as an alternative to the Neocutis Journee Revitalizing Day Cream which has been discontinued. This product is too thick and greasy for day time use and it doesn’t contain an SPF. I guess I’ll use it in the evening but I feel this was a huge waste of money. I am disappointed Neocutis discontinued the Journee Revitalizing Day Cream, which I have used for years. Now I will have to find something else.
