I have been on a loooooong skincare journey,and not until I added this cream in after retin-a did I see a night and day difference ! This is the best cream for older more mature skin. I am 55 and most creams seem to just moisturize and once washed off your skin is the same dry skin as before. Neocutis Biofirm actually repairs and after only a weeks worth of use , I noticed that my skin stayed soft even after washing. The effects are lasting. So, I really want to give this product 5 stars, but I can’t because it makes me break out in my chin and only my chin. I know the chin area is related to hormones so I’m going to keep trying to use this on my chin. It could be “purging” the area. Otherwise, I love it. The rest of my face loves it as well. As stated in another post, I have sensitive, acne prone, adult skin. I have tried everything under the sun as far as products. Some products are too harsh, some products make my skin more red, some make me break out all over, some make me itch, etc. I love Neocutis… if only it were a little less expensive. .

Nothing special, didn't help with dry skin
My dermatologist recommended this because she likes to use it. But my cheap Eucerin Redness Relief was better for my skin. Maybe the bio cream is good for long term effects, but wasn't helpful short term for me - it didn't do anything for my dry skin. (I have oily skin but use differin and so get dry and flakey too.)
