Neocutis Journee Bio Restorative Day Cream
I have been using this product for several years and am very pleased with it. It is light but provides good moisture and sunscreen. I only gave it three stars because like several other reviewers, I do not like the new packaging! The product clogs the tip of the dispenser, resulting in a blob of wasted product. Also, as some other reviewers have mentioned, you cannot see how much is left in the bottle. Same problem with the eye cream, although the eye cream does not clog the tip of the bottle.

Case Study in Destroying Perfect Product Packaging
Let’s see. We’ll take a great product in a lightweight compact container that makes it easy to see how much product is left and with a perfectly functioning delivery system and destroy all pleasure of using it by placing the whole thing inside a huge clunky piece of plastic with a cap that allows so much air into the container that it dries out the product at the tip of the pump, thereby resulting in the inclusion of a small hardened glob of material in each application. Let’s also make the cap fit so poorly that it falls off at the slightest touch. The best part of this is that you might drop it on the floor, immediately freeing the product from its plastic prison. If you happen to have one of the old caps, you’ve got yourself the original, perfect, container.

I have always loved the Journee product and would previously swear by it. But I hate the new packaging so much that I am having serious thoughts about switching products. I completely agree with the other reviews about it! As others said, you cant see how much you are using, which I dont like. Also, the pump doesnt work properly and every day, some of the lotion dries up and creates a crusty layer around the opening. Also, the bottle is HUGE compared to the old packaging. I travel a lot, and it makes it really inconvenient to squeeze it into the bag for carry on purposes. My sister also uses it and hates the new packaging as well. Please, do something about this before you lose your long time customers!

Not happy With New Packaging
Although I love the Journee product in general, I, as a long time customer, am really disappointed that Neocutis has chosen to dramatically change the packaging midstream. First of all, the new bottle hides the amount of product so you never have an idea of when you are close to running out. I assume it is all a marketing ploy to get customers to order more product to prevent the panic of running out too soon.. Its not just the Journee, it appears to be an overall change to majority of the Neocutis product line. Secondly, the new bottles are bigger and bulkier, making it extremely inconvenient for someone who flies a lot like myself. Since we, as airline passengers, have to squeeze our carry-on liquid products into a one quart plastic baggie, the new bottles take up way too much room! Please, Neocutis, do not ruin a good thing with bigger, bulkier, non environmentally correct bottles. The fact that the USA manufacturing of this product & bottles now originates from San Francisco, CA, one of THE most environmentally concerned cities in the US, blows me away even more! I urge you to correct the situation for your current loyal consumers. We do not need flashy containers that are too big, hide the product, and add more cost to the consumer.

I need at least t 8 squirts of the products for my face & neck Most of the time I do not use any makeup base but when I "go out", I do put on foundation. It certainly is not greasy & you don't have that white clown face but it is very expensive!
