Formula has changed - not as good anymore
I've been using the Journee products for over 10 years. Unfortunately, they have changed the product's formula, and it just isn't the same. The product goes on very thick and is overly dewey. The tint becomes orange on my skin, and my makeup no longer goes on smoothly with this moisturizer. It is also challenging to wash off. I have to use an exfoliator to get it all off of my skin. I wish they would let us know when the formulas change.

I wanted to like the new version. I was addicted to the old one for over 15 years. This one is so thick and sticky (all day) There’s no dewy “glow” like the old version. And last but not least, i could not get it off of my face at night with 3 washes! It’s awful.

Not a fan!
I have been using Neocutis products for years. This product is the worst of them all. Too thick, too dark and leave my face shiny. I wish I had read the reviews better. I will not order this again.

Drastic Change in Product
I have happily used Journee day cream SPF 30 for many years. This last time I ordered, the Riche normal version was no longer available so I tried this Firm Riche and also the Firm. What a drastic change for the worse! I absolutely detest the Firm and the Firm Riche isn’t that much better. The old original version was a pleasant thin light cream. The new versions are thick (the Firm incredibly thick) and feel really heavy and sticky on the face. I wore the Firm Riche to an afternoon wedding and expected the feel to improve but it never did. Even at the end of the day it was still sticky and wiped off onto my napkin and everything else. I couldn’t touch my face without it getting on my hands - and therefore my dress, etc. I really wish the old version were available again. It was a very good product, but these two are not.

Ruined an Excellent Product
Unfortunately, my opinion of this product is the same as most reviewers who have tried the new formula of the Neocutis Journee Day Cream (regular or extra moisturizing version). It was a huge disappointment. I have used Neocutis Journee Day cream for years. This formulation is not at all like the old version. The texture is different - it has a very sticky or tacky feel that stays with you throughout the day. The color is a problem because it does not blend into the different skin tones the way the old version did. This has a very dark, orange tint to it. I think that there are very few skin tones that this will work on given that the color does not blend in. It has been mentioned that it can work if you blend it in with your other moisturizers. I didn't find this to be the case, but for some it might. Having to blend it in with other creams to get the texture and color right, does not sound like Neocutis has made an improvement to this cream. Before, it was a great day cream with SPF on its own.

What a bummer!!
Such a bummer that they reformulated this product that was a splurge but fav of mine for over 10 years. New formula goes on thick and sticky like zinc oxide and seems to sit on my skin rather than being absorbed in. Not a fan - has anyone had good luck finding a new anti-aging sunscreen product to replace this one?

Only giving 1 star as no space for minus rating
I have been using this product for many years and loved it. The last time I ordered it I was not happy but it was too late to return by the time I finished what I had and started a new one. Since this is reformulated, I thought I would try it and could not be less pleased. It is so thick and goes on like the ickiest foundation. It just kind of sits on the skin and the color will come off on anything that touches your face. I went to wipe my nose and the tissue turned a yellowish/brown after using the product a couple hours earlier. I cannot say how disappointed I am as I have used and loved all of Neocutis products for years. I am returning this and will have to find another brand of day cream with SPF.
