I have been using this for two months and I can’t tell if it’s making a difference. I have dry, thin under eyes with darkness and puffiness. Even though this is the rich version I wish it was more moisturizing. I feel you can get a similar product for a fraction of the price.

I love the feel of this eye cream and there is no fragrance. I don’t see a lot of improvement with my crows feet from using it. I was so hoping for a better result. However, I’ve never found an eye cream that significantly helps.

I am 40 and acne prone w/ combo skin. Its winter, but I live in a moderate climate. Before the arrival of this product, I used a sample eye cream from BXXXXXXX. That product literally made my dark circle disappear in a few days and felt so moist all day. When I switched to this product, I felt so missing out. I have been using retinol all along and I could feel that this eye cream was not moisturizing enough (not as much as the sample I mentioned). I felt itchy and dry near my eyes. I don't like it.

I liked the Lumiere Riche cream but much prefer Neocutis Micro Eyes Rejuvenating Cream. The Micro eyes goes on smoother and seems to have just a bit more moisture. Lumiere Riche is a good choice but I simply prefer the Micro eyes after using and comparing both items.

Hydrating and smooth without silicones
I was looking for a rich, effective hydrating eye cream, and Neocutis Lumiere/Lumiere Riche has been featured as a dermatologist recommendation in so many magazines that I had to try it. I loved that the ingredient list didn't list silicones as one of the primary ingredients, because personally I dislike the illusion of primer smoothness, and sometimes silicones irritate my eyes up close (your mileage/km may vary of course). It absorbed into my skin and was definitely a rich cream texture ideal for dry skinned people like me. Unfortunately something in it caused an itchy redness around my eyes, so I sadly had to discontinue. I have sensitive skin, and I've seen many sensitive skin users happy with the product, so my reaction might be a one-off. Otherwise, I would have really liked the hydration, and how it didn't pill up or go weird under makeup. (PS I wear contacts, and it did not migrate into my lenses)

Like the product but not the dispenser
Like the eye cream, but the pump doesn't work well. Called customer service and was told to hit the bottom of the bottle while holding it upside down to eliminate air bubbles. Three weeks later and a sore palm, most days I can't get the cream to dispense. Very frustrating. LovelySkin is going to replace the product, hopefully the replacement won't have the same issue. Have used this product before with no problem.

This eye cream is easy to apply and absorbs well. A little goes a long way..on my 5th month of use from the same bottle. It definitely hydrates and makes the area more supple. I wish it did more to reduce puffiness and dark circles. Considering the price, I probably won't repurchase.

Great brand, but...
I love their moisturizer and moisturizer with SPF and I have used them for years with great results, but my undereyes are very sensitive and for some reason they did burn a little with this product. If your eyes are not sensitive or as sensitive as mine I would try this, but it did not work for me. Try their other products, they really do deliver!
