Because Cleanser Should Feel Clean
I first tried this Neocutis cleanser at my doctor's office when I needed to wash my face before a facial treatment. Unlike other exfoliating cleansers I've used, it doesn't have a bad smell and feels smooth and gentle on my skin. The price is right too. It's a no-nonsense product that is easily portable, in contrast to other pump-top facial cleansers that are difficult to travel with.

The gentle way to exfoliate
My aesthetician recommended that I switch from a physical exfoliant to this chemical-based one as the rough physical exfoliants can damage the skin. I have sensitized skin, but really want some degree of gentle exfoliating as I’m 50 and definitely notice a difference when I do. This AHA based exfoliating cleanser is perfect to use 2 times per week as instructed by my aesthetician. I highly recommend it!

Deep clean feel
I use this product several times a week for deep cleanse. It makes my skin tingle but I have less issue with clogged pores since beginning to alternate it with my daily cleanser. It does not foam. I have had comments about how smooth and clear my complexion looks which is gratifying at age 71!

Great Gentle Exfoliating Cleanser
I had accidentally ordered this while looking for an enzymatic exfoliator (not a cleanser), and I was pleasantly surprised to find that this is my new go-to facial cleanser. Glycolic acid is fantastic for exfoliating, but this is gentle enough to use on a daily basis! I'm now on my second round of Accutane, and while I can only use this once, maybe twice a day, it doesn't bother my skin! Keeps my skin looking fresh and doesn't leave it with a tight, dried-out feeling either, just a clean, fresh feeling.

Poor packaging
This product is fine and when using with the bioserum firm, I did see slight improvement in skin texture. Unfortunately, I am unable to report on long term results because the packaging that makes the lid snap on to the tube broke off, causing much of the product to be wasted. In order to use the remainder of the product, I have to stand the tube on edge. The result is more wastage and probable contamination.
