Defective Item
Unfortunately, the Nuface Trinity Pro I received was defective. I never was able to use it because it would shut off almost immediately after I would press the on button. LovelySkin Customer Service did offer to troubleshoot the device but I didn’t want to go thru the hassle. I felt it should work out of the box.

I used this system exactly like the directions said to, and see no difference in my skin at all. Super disappointed that the refund can only be issued within 30 days, since the directions were to use for 60 to see results! Way too much money lost for nothing!
