Good but not perfect
The moisturizer works great BUT it's very thick and sometimes hard to get out of the bottle. I've used it for years but this last time I ordered the product was the same as always but the container is really low quality. In both the night and day time moisturizers, the plastic piece in the top keep coming out (sometimes get stuck in the lid). I've almost dumped a whole bottle out by accident on more than one occasion. The moisturizers themselves are fine but the bottles are defective.

1 less star because it's a little stinky, but I got over it. The benefits definitely outweigh the smell!! I can't believe it exfoliates while conditioning. I don't need another moisturizer after this soaks into my skin. In 4 months of using the whole system, I saw a picture of myself from Dr. Schlessinger's office, from a procedure from the year before, and we were all blown away at how clear my skin was from sunspots, and , just glowing!! I ordered the cream without hydroquinone, and it is not the exact same results, but I think it might be working. One thing though, the packaging is bad. It you only want to squeeze out a little, the bottle takes a hard squeeze to get anything out and you get more than you want.

Previously used the HQ version of this cream to help combat my birth control related melasma. This version has a very similar texture, thickness and smell. I’ve had no problems in terms of breakouts or skin that is worse of than before. It’s been about a month and the jury is still out if it’s doing much to help combat the melasma. My feeling is that it is keeping it in check, but maybe not quite as well as the original version. I think it’s nice to have an alternative to the HQ version since your skin really needs a break from that stuff once a year (ask your skin care professional, they SHOULD know). Hoping for good things soon.

Make my skin smooth and it really works
I used nightly and it makes my skin soft and smooth all night. This was my first Obagi product I purchased and at first, I was not so impressed because of vinegar smell. But, I realized that the vinegar is good for skin. I sometimes use it for my beloved dog when her skin and hair is becoming too dry. Her hair becomes shiny and healthy! I wanted to give 5 stars for the product alone, but the container is not really good as it's hard to get the cream. I have to put it upside down, otherwise I have to push real hard to get the thick cream. It works ok with day cream as it is much thinner than night cream.

Obagi night cream
Generally, I like Obagi products (particularly their sunscreen, which I use everyday), this is good also with the exception that it is a bit greasy looking. I use it everyother night, but if it is a night I want to look good for my husband I use Bio-cream by Neocurtis. Also, it is a bit difficult to squirt out of the bottle.
